To obtain a refund, you must first obtain an RTA (Return Authorization). Buyer would then return merchandise to BagmastersUSA at his or her expense. Upon inspection, if merchandise was re-sellable, BagmastersUSA would issue a credit or refund. BagmastersUSA reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee up to 25%. To cancel an order, a customer must send to BagmastersUSA in writing (fax or email) a written request to cancel an order. If work has not begun on the order no charge will be incurred. However, if work has begun on the order, charges will be incurred comensurate with the work that has been performed at the time of cancellation. The cancellation time and date are the time and date that BagmastersUSA acknowledges receipt of the cancellation request. If BagmastersUSA has not acknowledged receipt of your cancellation request within 2 hours of your sending it call 1-800-330-2247 and ask for a written confirmation of your cancellation request.
